Text Box: In instances where the Regional Superintendent is responsible for administration of the Joint Agreement, the budget shall be approved and signed by the Regional Superintendent and Advisory Board, if applicable. In Joint Agreements where the Board of Education or the Governing Board is the administrative agent, the budget shall be approved and signed by the members of the board.
